WHAT YOU NEED TO DO BEFORE WE ARRIVE

Vacuum- It is essential to vacuum first so your carpets are ready for a professional cleaning. Any large particles on the floor that are not dirt or stains, should be vacuumed up so the machine can work properly and get your job done.

Remove large furniture and breakables- If you wish to have the carpets cleaned under your furniture, you will need to remove these items before we come. If you would like the technician to work around them, he can do that too.

Be prepared to show us what you need- Our technician will need to be aware of what it is you are exactly looking to have cleaned, especially any stains or pet spots, so he can make sure to notate it and provide you with the best cleaning method and solutions in our arsenal, as well as an exact price.

What We DO When We Arrive


Complete walk-through with the customer first – Our technicians will walk with you through your home or business so they are 100% aware of what carpet cleaning needs you are looking for. We strive to make sure that we are all on the same page as far as what you expect our technician to do, as well as price. We DO NOT hit you with surprise fees after the job is done. Integrity is key for us!

Point out areas of concern – It is important that we too have full knowledge of your problem areas, not only to make the job much smoother, but also so that you get the results you want. It also helps us to have a better understanding of what a spot is so we can properly treat it and remove it from your carpet.

Remove smaller items from the floor – Our technicians can help move small items from your carpet, such as end tables, night stands, ottomans, etc. In general,  we cannot move large or fragile items without prior approval before the job is done. This is to protect our customers, as well as our techs, from any damage or medical accidents.

Start the job- After all the above is completed, our technicians will work hard in making sure your carpet cleaning needs are met and that he fulfills his obligation in the agreement between our customer and the business. If for any reason you are unsatisfied when he is complete, he will make sure to fix any problems until the job is to your satisfaction. We want you to remain a loyal customer!

Signing of work order- When everyone is happy and the job is completed properly, our technician will have you sign the invoice, take payment, and hand you the top copy of the invoice.
